Our Story
Their proposal story was as spontaneous as it was unforgettable. On a trip Isabela was sure would be “the one,” Matt casually mentioned he hadn’t brought the ring, so she let the idea go. But when they landed in Lake Como, he couldn’t ignore how perfect it felt. Within twenty-four hours, he found a photographer, chose a spot overlooking the lake, and somehow convinced his father to fly from Miami to New York, retrieve the ring, and deliver it to Italy just in time. At sunset, beside the water, Isabela said yes, completely in shock at how he had orchestrated the moment. It was impulsive, meticulous, and completely unforgettable—a quintessential Matt moment.
After a decade together, they’ve grown into the best versions of themselves: Isabela, instinctive and radiant; Matt, grounded and intelligent. Together, they’ve built a beautiful life defined by laughter, travel, a perfectly crafted cocktail, and the company of their closest friends. They share an effortless rhythm, one that turns the everyday into something extraordinary.
What began as a teenage spark has become a lifetime story, built on loyalty, laughter, and the kind of love that only deepens with time. They can’t wait to celebrate that love with all of you.
It started in high school at a party Isabela hosted, by chance yet somehow meant to be. A month before that night, she had adopted her husky, Zeus, unaware that he’d soon belong to both of them. From that moment on, they were inseparable, drawn together by the kind of ease and chemistry that felt like it had always been there.
Together since 2015, they’ve grown side by side through every chapter of life. Though they attended different colleges, they never drifted far; countless flights and weeks apart only deepened what they already knew. In 2022, Matt moved to New York to join Isabela and Zeus, soon followed by their mini dachshund, Leo, whose arrival completed their little family and filled their days with equal parts joy and chaos.
